"The two weeks we spent in India were absolutely amazing. I was lucky enough to be invited to India by Indo Jax Surf Charities to teach 60 orphaned girls to surf. These are some of the toughest, most inspirational children I have ever met. They were never given the opportunity to learn to swim as children but everyday they would charge out into the surf with us, never once crying or complaining. Despite having some of the worst upbringings a child could have, almost all the girls speak multiple languages and take great pride in their studies. I am proud to call these girls my friends. Thank you to all that help make this trip possible." —Jason StenderVideo credit: Jason Stender
